those were different times

this is the old village located at the top of the town called semproniano in tuscany.  though i've been visiting towns like this since i was a child, i never cease to be amazed by the beauty of the lifestyle.

i'm a city girl, but there are certain things that cities aren't good for. small towns replenish me, refocus me, and remind me that the world is so much more than the things i'm exposed to on a daily basis.
